Launched with a goal in mind
TbyTco.com was created to give therapists and office staff—starting with my own—the freedom to wear something that reflects their personality, not just office dress codes. Our goal is to break away from the mundane world of standard work attire and bring color, creativity, and joy into the day. Most of our designs are tailored with therapists in mind, so they not only look great but feel perfectly suited for the work they do.
From Kid Calm Creations to TbyT Co.
In 2023, TbyT Co. began as a small dream under a different name—Kid Calm Creations. At the time, I was simply a mother juggling family life and searching for a way to make a living doing what I loved: designing apparel that inspires joy.
What started with a focus on creating playful, comforting designs for therapists soon grew into something bigger. I realized it wasn’t just therapists who needed a little brightness in their workday—it was everyone. From pediatric therapy rooms to busy offices, from HR to RCM teams, and even weekend outings, my designs were finding their way into all kinds of lives.
In 2025, we embraced a new name—TbyT Co.—to reflect our wider mission. Our shirts aren’t just clothes; they’re a way to express personality, spread positivity, and bring a little fun into the everyday. We believe in “dressing with intention”—whether that means a colorful “Chaos Coordinator” tee that makes your coworkers smile, or a bow print shirt that adds a touch of charm to your day.
